The home features three bedrooms and two full baths. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom with a queen size bed and two extra-large twin beds in the guest bedrooms. Additionally, there is a pull-out bed in the living room sofa. Your guests and pets will appreciate the home as it is a dog friendly home with a privacy fence that fully surrounds the backyard and screened in pool. The driveway should easily accommodate 3-4 vehicles. There is no street parking per City of Cape Coral.

I would say the house is suitable for wheelchairs but there is a 2-3" ledge for the front door. There is a slider door track to the pool as well.

Getting around

This property has a private driveway that will accommodate three vehicles. Like most of SW Florida, traffic can be intense at certain times of day. Vehicles are not allowed to park in the street. The city does have an ordinance against work vehicles but due to hurricane, you can request permission from the city. Take rush hour into consideration when heading over any of the bridges. No street parking allowed. STRONGLY RECOMMEND having a sun pass or equivalent as tolls are no longer manned in most areas of Florida.

DISCLAIMERS & HOUSE RULES A $250 Fee will be assessed per incident for violating house rules. • No Smoking • No Parties or 3rd Party Bookings • No Disabling of Wi-Fi or Covering of Cameras. • Maximum of 3 dogs - No other pets of any sort • Pet Waste must be removed from yard before departing • Minimum age limit 35 years. • No Unauthorized Guests or Pets • ID required, before entry codes provided. • It will be up to guest to cancel if ID is not provided. We strongly recommend taking advantage of Airbnb's Travel Insurance as we have a fairly strict cancellation policy. However, you will receive a 10% discount when booking with us. Home AC Capped at 74. This is to avoid ceasing condenser. Pool heater is capped at 84. Additional $19 per day for heating not to exceed 90. YOUR PETS SAFETY Please think of future guests and cover all furniture with provided covers, if your pets will not stay off the furniture. Also, be sure to remove all waste from the yard or there is hefty fee to have it removed -$250 Fee. WE WOULD BE DEVASTATED if your dog(s) got loose so please be attentive when they are in the yard as the pool cleaner, lawn crew and other regularly scheduled maintenance staff do come and go from the property through the gates without notice and they are not all great about closing the gates. BUGS & CRITTERS Please be aware this is Florida; If you don't want bugs, mosquitos, spiders, snakes, rats, lizards, iguanas, palmetto bugs and/or cockroaches in the house make sure you do not leave cage or house doors open. We do not give refunds for bugs and/or critters found in or outside of the property. We do have pest control come monthly. MOTHER NATURE We cannot be responsible for acts of nature therefore there will not be refunds for such incidents. CAMERAS There are four cameras on the property. One at front door, one on each side of the house facing forward and one in the garage. Cameras are not to be covered or tampered with. 30 Day+ stay require a signed lease and monthly cleaning. Guest will be responsible for paying cleaner $125. LOCAL LAWS & FINES If you break any local laws or ordinances and are fined, these fines will be passed on to the party who booked the reservation. For example, parking trailers, RV's etc. in the driveway or street. It is responsibility to familiarize yourself with local ordinance, if you did not address in the app with the host. Refundable Damage Deposit
$700 Security deposit which will be returned upon satisfactory report from cleaners/property manager. 99% of the time our cleaners in at 10AM the day of departure. This deposit is intended for but limited to damage to the property, overnight guests, unreported pets, pet waste not cleaned in the yard.

Please consider the age of your guests when considering this pool home as there is no pool security fence or pool alarm. The pool does have a table that CANNOT be stepped or sat on. The table in the pool has a 10lb weight maximum. This vacation home does allow up to 3 dogs. There is a good size yard completely fenced in. There is a pool cage, so if you feel your dog may run through the screens, this may not be the best choice. This is an open-concept, single story, ranch and should pose no issues as far assessibliity goes. At the front door, there is an approximate 4" step into the main floor of home. Once inside the home the open concept kitchen, dining, living and guest bath have the same tile flooring throughout making the area easily assessable. Each of the three bedrooms have a slight transition strip approximately 1/4" of a transition strip.
